I’d like to take some time to share some of the moments I’ve had being able to take photographs for the men and women of the U.S. Army. As stated before I am a medic for the U.S. Army and have spent some time downrange in Iraq. I was never assigned in an official position to take photograph, like as my job, this has always been something I’ve done either on my own or along side with my normal job.
As I continued in my career I have been recognized for my talents and abilities photographing for different units. What I want to share is the parts of soldier life that go beyond the battlefield. Every soldier is trained for one purpose to support the fight, but there is life in the day to day activities of being a professional soldier.
I was going to make this one post but I was drafting it out I figured out that it was going to be way to long of a post; so instead I’m going to break it up into a five part series that with address a differnt aspect of the total soldier concept. Hope you enjoy.
